Roadworthy are hiring! We’re on the look out for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our family run Suzuki Dealership! to assist the smooth running of our Suzuki Vehicle Sales Department!
Hours
Part time, 10 hours per week (spread over 2 days) with possibility of flexible hours to fit around school etc.
PLEASE NOTE: This role will, at some point in the near future, need to increase to 3 days a week.
About the role
As our Sales Administrator you will assist with the smooth running of our Suzuki Vehicle Sales Department! You will be an integral part of the team, responsible for making sure our vehicle stock records are accurate and up to date.
You will also ensure that vehicles are taxed and invoiced correctly and efficiently so a keen eye for detail is essential.
The ideal candidate will need to be very organised, accurate and efficient.
Day-to-day duties
Bringing purchased vehicles into our stock records.
Ensuring appropriate vehicle documents are obtained, recorded and securely filed.
Carrying out the taxation of sold vehicles in time for customer delivery.
Producing accurate and timely vehicle sales invoices that match the signed customer order form.
Ensuring all vehicle sales documents are correct and vehicle payment is received.
Gaining an understanding of manufacturer systems and bonuses for new vehicles.
Essential skills
Fantastic communication skills.
A high level of organisation and the ability to multi-task.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to stay calm and work accurately, even under pressure.
Team player who can also work on their own initiative.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience in a previous Administration role is essential
Experience working in the Motor Industry is advantageous.
