An opportunity has arisen in our Bristol based Suzuki & Maxus dealership for a Trainee Sales Executive to join our family run team. No experience? No problem, as long as you are friendly, confident and keen to learn you could be the perfect person! As a trainee you will learn all about our Suzuki & Maxus products in readiness to achieve sales targets, deliver 5* customer service and earn uncapped commission! You will work within a small, well established team with bags of experience to help support your leaning journey. You bring the ambition, we’ll supply the knowledge you need to become a top sales person!

Role Requirements:

• Smart and presentable appearance
• Previous customer facing role experience essential (previous retail or selling roles advantageous)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A full UK driving licence

Salary Package:

• Basic starting salary of £15,000 per annum
• Uncapped commission paid monthly with OTE of up to £30-£35k

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
• Saturdays 9am - 5pm
• One midweek day off over other week.
• Uncapped commission paid monthly
