Roadworthy & Our COVID Secure Customer Promise

Roadworthy are a COVD secure business - we would like to reassure all customers that despite the recent 'freedom day' and lifting of all restrictions we will be upholding many of the same practices we have become accustomed to during the pandemic.

The wearing of masks is no longer mandatory on our premises, however we would respectfully encourage the use of face coverings to continue where possible for customers that are comfortable to do so.

We are however very much respectful of each customers personal choice and we want you to feel as comfortable as possible during your visit.

We do politley request that all customers continue to sanitise or wash their hands upon arrival and departure from our presmises using the facilities provided or their own.

 

The secure steps we have taken to minimise the spread of COVID19 in our workplace is as follows; 

 

WHEN YOU VISIT

Masks are optional, but still reccomended in line with Government guidance. If you have a forgotten a mask but would like one, please feel free to ask a member of staff. If your decision is to not wear a mask, this will be respected and not questioned.

Hand washing and hand sanitising stations are available for all customers and staff. Customers are requested to sanitise hands upon entry and departure to the dealership.

We reccomend customers and staff keep a safe social distance whilst cases in Bristol are as high. 

An official track and trace QR code is on display, all customers are requested to check in using the NHS track and trace app.

Perspex sneeze screens will continue to stay in place for your protection and the protection of our staff.

 

OUR HOME COMFORT PROMISE

Whilst we have taken all possible steps to maintain a COVID Secure environment, we know there are still many who will feel nervous visiting public spaces. Should you prefer to remain in the comfort of your own home, we have adopted a contactless purchasing process, meaning a new or used Suzuki could be all yours without having to step foot outside the house!

 

CONTACTLESS PURCHASING AT ROADWORTHY

CHOOSE: Browse our available range of New and Used Suzuki cars all listed on our website at your leisure.

REQUEST: Once you have chosen your perfect Suzuki, you can request either a virtual vehicle tour or home test drive by contacting us via phone, email or our website.

DRIVE: Should you choose a physical test drive, the vehicle will be delivered to your home, fully sanitised ready for you to drive. The vehicle will then be collected at an agreed time with no physical contact required.

CONTACT: Meetings with our Sales Executives can be arranged via phone, Zoom, Skype or Facetime if required and all paperwork and purchasing documents including payment & finance applications can be handled either online or with zero contact.

DELIVERY: Upon purchase, your vehicle will be delivered to your home fully sanitised and ready to drive!

ONLINE: For those comfortable to do so, the full buying process from start to finish can be completed online, including applications for finance.
